Setup fails on “Setting up the SQL Server database”

This is a really quick tip from a couple of recent experiences when settings up ConfigMgr 2012.

When your setup fails at this point “Setting up the SQL Server database”, make sure you check… You have .NET Framework 3.5.1 installed (Windows Roles & Features) and also you have .NET Framework 4.0 installed (this is in the prerequisite check). If you have not rebooted since installing either of these, make sure you do or this will still fail.
